Shipping policy

Please ensure you choose the correct shipping option, or your order may be delayed.

We're tee'd up to offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders over $150. Only valid for shipping in Canada.

Orders shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba UNDER $150: Flat rate shipping cost of $15.

Orders shipping to all other Canadian provinces UNDER $150: Flat rate shipping cost of $18.

United States Shipping: $30, plus any duties and taxes. 

All other International Shipping: $50, plus any duties and taxes.

NOTE - if your mailing address is a PO Box, we will contact you via email & you will be required to pay an additional fee between $10-20 depending on your location & the size of your package.

If your package is oversized, you may also need to pay an oversized package fee regardless of your address, and will be contacted via email.

(Please note : To qualify for free Canadian shipping, order must be $150 before tax. Multiple orders cannot be combined to equal $150. )

SHIPPING TIMES

We aim to ship out all orders within 3-5 business days for all orders that do not include customizable items and pending availability and verification of payment.

Any orders that contain customizable items, we aim to ship out in 5-7 business days. 

We will not split orders to ship in stock and custom items separately.

Please note: Due to high volume during sales, you may experience a 3-5 business day delay in your order being filled. 

All orders are shipped Expedited, via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or UPS.

IMPORTANT : Please ensure the address you enter is correct. Addresses entered are the customer's responsibility. Incorrect addresses that need to be changed will incur a fee of $10 if the shipping label has already been printed & has to be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we have no way of changing the address, and you will need to contact the courier directly.
